How to Increase Sex Drive and Libido

There is no doubt in the fact that sex is one of the natural things God and Nature established for man's enjoyment and fulfillment and it should not be seen as just a way of procreation. Drinking and Smoking excessively as well as obesity can also lead to a reduction in sex drive, and things that can lead to or encourage these habits are to be avoided or reduced.

Most women started experiencing a drop in their sex drive and libido as they grow older, this is often as a result of some factors such as; decline in the hormones estrogen and testosterone, child birth, onset of menopause, stress, depression, relationship/marital conflicts, fatigue and unable to reach orgasm.
